Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Only Pets is an online platform for pet owners: service catalog, shop, community, chats, and care tools. The service is operated by the Only Pets project team. Legal inquiries: support@onlypets.top.

2. Acceptance

By using Only Pets, you enter into an agreement on the terms below. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Certain features (shop, advertising, paid services) may have additional rules published in the interface.

3. Account

Some features require an account. You agree to:

• provide accurate and up-to-date information;
• keep your password confidential and not share access with others;
• notify us promptly of unauthorized access;
• not create multiple accounts to evade bans or commit fraud.

4. What Only Pets provides

We provide a technical platform to find services, publish listings, communicate, place shop orders, and use other features. Only Pets is not a veterinary clinic, groomer, shop, or carrier unless explicitly stated in a specific section.

5. Independent providers

Clinics, groomers, sellers, shelters, and other users offering services or goods act independently. Only Pets is not a party to your agreement with such a provider unless the service explicitly acts as seller or organizer. Quality, price, timing, and liability are defined between you and the provider.

6. Rules and prohibited content

You must not:

• publish illegal, abusive, discriminatory, violent, or harmful content;
• deceive users or impersonate others;
• post spam, unsolicited ads, or fraudulent listings;
• infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other third-party rights;
• use automated tools to scrape data or overload the service without permission;
• attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data;
• trade prohibited goods, animals without permits, or in violation of animal welfare laws.

7. Your content

By uploading text, photos, videos, or other materials, you confirm you have the right to publish them and grant Only Pets a non-exclusive license to display, store, and technically process them to operate the platform. You are responsible for your content. We may remove materials that violate these Terms or the law.

8. Shop and orders

In the shop section, sale, delivery, return, and payment terms are defined by the seller and the specific order unless otherwise stated. Only Pets may facilitate order placement without changing the seller's responsibility for goods unless explicitly stated.

9. Paid features and advertising

Some features (listing promotion, ads, subscriptions) may be paid. Price, duration, and payment terms are shown before confirmation. Refunds for paid platform services follow applicable law and rules published in the service.

10. Moderation and termination

We may restrict or terminate access, or remove content or listings without prior notice for Terms violations, user reports, legal requirements, or security risks. You may delete your account in profile settings.

11. Intellectual property

Only Pets design, logo, code, database, and brand belong to the operator or licensors. You may not copy, modify, or use platform materials without written permission, except for personal non-commercial use within the service.

12. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is". We strive for stable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free performance, or that the service meets all expectations. Information on the platform (including parsed or user-submitted venue data) may be inaccurate; verify important details directly with providers.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Only Pets is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, third-party actions, provider service quality, user-generated content, or downtime. Total liability is limited to fees you paid Only Pets for paid features in the last 12 months (if any), or the minimum amount required by law.

14. Third-party links

The platform may link to third-party sites (maps, social networks, stores). We do not control their content and are not responsible for their policies or practices.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms. The new version takes effect when published on this page unless otherwise stated. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine unless mandatory rules of your country of residence require otherwise. We aim to resolve disputes through negotiation; contact support@onlypets.top before court proceedings.
