1. Who we are

The Only Pets service is operated by the Only Pets project team. For privacy inquiries, contact support@onlypets.top.

2. Data we collect

We process only data necessary to run the platform:

• registration data: name, email, password (stored securely), optionally phone, city, profile photo;
• owner and pet profile data you choose to add: name, species, breed, age, photos, description, medical records;
• listings, services, orders, cart, bookings, and chat messages;
• reviews, community posts, support tickets, and improvement suggestions;
• technical data: IP address, device and browser type, interface language, cookies, security and error logs;
• location and address data when you provide them in profile, listings, or catalog filters;
• payment data is processed by payment providers; we do not store full card details.

3. How we use data

Personal data is processed to:

• create and maintain your account and authenticate you (including Google sign-in);
• provide the service catalog, shop, community, chats, notifications, and other features;
• handle orders, requests, reports, and support inquiries;
• ensure security, prevent abuse, and enforce our Terms of Service;
• improve the service, analytics, and fix technical issues;
• send service messages and, with your consent, marketing communications.

4. Legal basis

We process data based on: performance of our contract with you; your consent (e.g. marketing or optional profile fields); legitimate interests (security, analytics, product development); and legal obligations.

5. Cookies

We use cookies and local storage for sign-in, language preferences, cart functionality, and session security. You may restrict cookies in your browser, but some features may not work correctly.

6. Third parties

We do not sell or rent your personal data. Data may be shared only with trusted service providers as needed to operate Only Pets:

• hosting and infrastructure;
• email and push notifications;
• payment systems;
• authentication services (e.g. Google);
• mapping and analytics services — in anonymised or minimal necessary form.

7. Public information

Profiles, listings, community posts, reviews, and service information may be visible to other users according to platform settings and logic. Do not publish confidential information unless you accept it may be seen by others.

8. Retention and security

Data is kept as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes. We apply organisational and technical safeguards including HTTPS, access controls, and backups. No internet transmission method is 100% secure.

9. Your rights

Under applicable law (including GDPR for EU users) you may:

• access your data and obtain a copy;
• rectify inaccurate or incomplete data;
• request erasure where there is no lawful reason to continue processing;
• restrict or object to processing;
• data portability;
• withdraw consent without affecting prior lawful processing;
• lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

10. Account deletion

You can delete your account in profile settings. After deletion, personal data will be removed or anonymised except where we must retain it by law (e.g. financial records).

11. Children

Only Pets is not intended for anyone under 16. If you believe a child provided personal data without parental consent, contact support@onlypets.top and we will delete it.

12. International transfers

Servers and providers may be located outside your country. In such cases we ensure an adequate level of protection as required by applicable law.

13. Changes

We may update this Policy. The current version is always published on this page with the update date. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the updated Policy unless law requires otherwise.
